It’s just about that time…I can almost feel a soft cool breeze as it floats over rooftops, bringing with it the scent of spring. I can almost make out the faint twinkle of an ice bucket as a beautiful bottle of pink bubbly slowly forms a thin layer of condensation waiting to be poured. It’s nearly rosé all day season and that calls for bare legs and bubbles. This time of year you can find me in a dress or a skirt, enjoying the ability to kick off my sandals and sip something that tastes like the south of France. So, in honor of all this, I’m sharing one of my favorite wardrobe pieces of all time – the denim skirt – with 4 denim skirt outfits perfect for rosé all day!

Denim Skirt Outfit #1: Casual in a graphic tee, market tote, and strappy wedges
This is like the roll out of bed and grab a drink look. Ok, that sounds bad, but seriously does it get any easier than this? Rosé season means sipping something before the sun goes down, so being comfortable yet put together is a must. Any graphic tee works, but I like the simplicity of something text driven. I love my “merci” shirt and find it to be a great basic by itself or even layered under something like a blazer. My Palmgrens market tote is the perfect size for stowing a bottle of rosé on the go.
Denim Skirt Outfit #2: Sporty in a blazer, tee, and sneakers
Speaking of blazers, this is the same outfit as above just with the shoes and bag swapped and I added a black boyfriend blazer. I like this look because it’s a little more dressed up but still carries that casual vibe. And if a cool spring day turns into a chilly night, the blazer is all you need. This one is lighter weight and a little oversized with some stretch making it really comfortable.
Denim Skirt Outfit #3: Boho in a flowy white top, slide sandals, and rattan bag
This outfit just puts me in a vacay mood. I paired my denim skirt with a soft gauzy top and sandals that you just slide into. The rattan bag I found at an outdoor market in Croatia last summer and I love it. I’ve tied a scarf to it before to give it some additional color, but it works by itself, too.
Denim Skirt Outfit #4: Monochromatic in chambray shirt, wedges, and statement bag
It’s no secret that I love monochrome dressing. If you check my Instagram feed, you’ll see a lot of neutrals and all black, all white, all blue, etc. outfits. I just think it always looks really polished. When I paired a chambray shirt with my denim skirt, I needed something to break it up a bit. Enter the statement bag from Polene! I love getting the chance to really let my favorite bags shine, and this was a great way to do that. These wedges have been a staple in my closet for the last few seasons and I love that the neutral tone goes with everything. For an even more polished look, a pair of kitten heels would look great with this.
