Dec 1, 2018 I started the Keto diet and have lost 51 pounds.<img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/15.0.3/72x72/1f44a-1f3fb.png" alt="👊🏻" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /> Now I just consider it low carb. I’m surprised that riding the Peloton doesn’t make me super hungry? I have gained a lil weight back but I know it’s from gaining muscle. <img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/15.0.3/72x72/1f4aa-1f3fb.png" alt="💪🏻" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" />I tried on my size 8 jeans this morning and they look super great!
