Paul’s Menu of the Week Vol. 5

Lifestyle, Paul's Menu of the Week / Friday, August 13th, 2021

It’s a short and sweet menu of the week this week. Paul was traveling some for work and yours truly made my traditional cauliflower gnocchi à la air fryer. 😏 I usually go the easy route and use Trader Joe’s pasta sauce too, but this time I had some leftover lemon vinaigrette and artichokes from Sunday’s dinner that were perfect for the gnocchi. I feel like I’m still Paul’s apprentice in the kitchen, but I’m getting better and creating semi-homemade things while using up leftovers.

Two of this week’s meals were more culinarily involved, while Saturday’s dinner was just a delicious stand-by. As always, I hope you get creative in the kitchen this weekend!

Recipes available free online are linked on the recipe card, otherwise recipes are noted by their paid subscription source (ATK = America’s Test Kitchen; NYT = New York Times).
