We all have someone like this on our gift list. That hard to shop for person. The person whose tastes range widely and they already seem to have it all. What do you get for the hard to shop for when your brain says, “Just get them a gift card already!” but your heart thinks that’s too impersonal.
Look at this as less of a challenge and more of an opportunity. It’s an opportunity to get creative with your gift giving. A chance to put a spin on a traditional gift, find something totally outrageous and unique, or provide a little humor for that hard to shop for guy or gal.
In this gift guide, I’m sharing a few things I’ve found that I think make for fun gifts, but they’re also useful. Don’t just buy something because you think it’s outside-the-box. We’ve all seen that table at Urban Outfitters with bizarre trinkets, and although I find them hysterical sometimes, I rarely give them as a serious gift. Think about the person you’re gifting and whether or not they would connect with it. There’s almost nothing I enjoy more about gift giving than seeing the recipient’s face light up with the whimsy of it but then also say, that’s so cool, when they realize it’s actually useful for them too.
My favorite gifts in this guide are the FEED Market Tote (50 school meals are provided with each purchase – how cool is that?), the Drybar Heated Straightening Brush (such a timesaver), the monogram trinket dish (I love anything with my initials on it, and this one is under $15!), and the Offline Bright Eyes set (because we could all use a break from screentime).
