It’s been a little slow around the kitchen lately (unless you count my go-to of Trader Joe’s cauliflower gnocchi). Paul has been in Europe for work for the last couple of weeks and I’ve been doing my best to whip up something good. I’ve come a long way, but I’m still an amateur at best. For Paul’s menu of the week this week, I’ve combined some of the best dishes he made before he left. Again, there is a weeknight’s worth of creative culinary adventures to inspire you in your own kitchen!

As I’ve mentioned before, a lot of our recipes come from paid subscription services that are completely worth it! I do not get paid to promote them. I’m speaking specifically of New York Times Cooking and America’s Test Kitchen. We just genuinely feel these are some of the best sources for cooking as close to restaurant quality (and most of the time better) as you can. Both also have incredibly helpful apps. Test Kitchen even has built in suggestions on the best food brands to purchase based on repeatedly testing for flavor and performance. If you’d like the recipe, please consider subscribing. Any other recipes available free online, I will happily share the link to, like the recipe for Crispy Caramel Chicken Skewers from another favorite source – Serious Eats!
Feel free to Pin these recipe cards to save for later!
Ok, let’s EAT!
Have a great weekend and happy eating!
