It’s definitely not the holidays around here without a fun and festive cocktail. Whether you made the naughty or nice list this year, treat your guests (and yourself) to Prancer’s Pear Prosecco – or just “The Prancer” for short – a sweet infusion of pear, prosecco, and rosemary.
We always have a ready supply of bubbly and especially so during the holidays. I love finding new ways to approach this Christmas cocktail standard. As with all my cocktails, Prancer’s Pear Prosecco requires minimal skill and serves up maximum impact. The sprig of rosemary mimics a Christmas tree and pears are a delicious seasonal fruit this time of year. Just make sure your pears are ripe and you serve this cocktail immediately, as the fruit will turn brown when exposed to air.
