I’ve posted about this dress on Instagram a few times and now that I have it in two colors, my love for it continues to grow. It is THE essential summer t-shirt dress for me. Aside from all the lounge-worthy day-to-day ways I’m planning on wearing it, I’m probably most excited for the fact that it’s going on vacation with me. Well, that and the fact that it’s under $17. That never hurts.
This t-shirt dress comes in 11 different solid colors plus an array of prints. There’s even a long-sleeve version if you live in a milder summer climate.
I don’t wear a blue this bright usually, but I was inspired by the Adriatic when I saw it. I can’t wait to wear it in Croatia. Versatile basics like this are a must whenever we travel because I like to pack as light as possible. This dress can be worn day or night and even double as a swim cover.
It’s also really soft. At the end of a long day of sightseeing, I really just want something comfortable to wear to dinner. This dress will do just that.
This dress is a great backdrop for other accessories, too. It needs a statement clutch or oversized earrings, which just give you even more options.

Here’s the dress in the dark gray that I first posted to Instagram. For size reference, I’m wearing a medium in the dark gray and a small in the royal blue. There’s not a ton of difference, but I like how the small is just a bit more fitted. It’s still very forgiving though (I need room for all that rosé) ;-). You can see that I also tried knotting the hem. What do you think, knot or no knot?
