I am so thrilled with the dip in temperature around here. I will take all the cool mornings and evenings I can get. And while I pushed back on the thought of fall for as long as I could, now that it’s October I’m getting more into it. But, we still have days where the high is in the 80’s so I haven’t ventured too far into my fall wardrobe yet. However…I’ve been loving this little addition to my closet and wanted to share it here because I think you’re probably looking for the perfect transitional blazer, too, am I right? I’m right. 😉 I can’t stop wearing this blazer!

First of all, this blazer is the perfect shade of “winter white.” I threw out the white-after-Labor-Day rule years ago and I just go with it. Now that we are venturing out for a few more date nights on restaurant patios, this blazer is the perfect throw on as we transition through fall. It’s a boyfriend style so the length is long and the lapels are simple and sleek. I also love the scrunched sleeves. I wore it with a simple black romper and mixed in some tan and gold accessories. I’m wearing a medium, which I think works with a light sweater as well. If you like an oversized fit, I’d say to size up. Did I mention it’s only $40?
