Characteristics I look for in new sunnies are size (the bigger, the better), shape, color, comfort, and of course price. The new Cynthia Rowley collection at Zenni really speaks to me on all these fronts. What I love about this collection is that it’s just fun. The collection has a lot of fun colors in pastels, tortoiseshell, and studded designs, and the styles are easy going overall. Nothing stuffy. Which is exactly how a pair of summer sunnies should be.

I’m loving the Azalea style in tortoiseshell. I think of tortoiseshell like I think of other animal prints – a great neutral. Aside from the aesthetics, these sunglasses have spring hinges making them really comfortable. As someone who gets headaches, I can’t wear anything that squeezes my head. These are perfect!
