I’m BACK!! 🙂 I was preoccupied with responsibilities for my regular 9-5 gig from sun up to sun down last week, so I do apologize for making a rather sudden exit. And after returning from said responsibilities on Saturday I just needed some “me time” with my husband and our little fluff butt. I thought I would update you on what’s been going on around here lately.

Saturday afternoon/evening we enjoyed a round of 18 holes at The Palmer Course at La Cantera. It felt so good to swing a club again and we vowed to spend a bit more time on the driving range. We are not good. At all. But we do have fun!

I picked up a pair of new Nike Golf shoes! These Lunarlons are so comfortable and I love the color.

Sunday we attended the Valero Texas Open to round out our weekend of golf. The weather was absolutely perfect. Our tickets gave us access to the Patio at 16, where we had lunch and a gorgeous view of the JW Marriott Hill Country Resort & Spa. Congrats to Kevin Chappell for his first-ever PGA tour win!

My husband surprised me with tickets to Las Vegas for my birthday later this year! This has been our little tradition for a few years now and I always look forward to it. We’re currently trying to decide on a hotel. It also looks like we may be headed out to LA in a few months.

I’m also looking forward to seeing Finding Neverland at the Majestic Theatre. It’s been a while since we’ve been to the theatre and I’ve never seen Finding Neverland. We have seats in the Starlight Suites and I can’t wait!

Mondays tend to be the craziest day of the week for me, and today was no exception. I’m off to grab a cocktail!
